Solus Sustainable Hydration was developed from a concept based on a similar East Coast company that owner Gary had invested in. A true visionary as manager of institutional investment portfolios, Gary’s business background gave him the opportunity to participate in many new start-up companies. Unfortunately, the East Coast company was unsuccessful in their endeavors and closed down.
Gary’s belief that the Sustainable Hydration concept was compelling if promoted and managed well, pushed him to focus on the necessary steps incumbent on building a sustainable bottled water company.
First: location, location, location! Las Vegas proved to be the logical location for our initial facility and provided the ideal concentrated market with high usage of bottled water by the food service and hospitality industry.
Second: control all aspects of production, delivery and provide a product that is unmatched in every attribute and benefit compared to what is currently available in the market.
In Northern Las Vegas, a new customized facility was built in late 2017, which services the Las Vegas and Southern California markets. Solus is planning additional facilities to service the Northern California and Lake Tahoe regions as well as the Orlando and Gold Coast of Florida.
